Guided personal growth through the SOCA process.
My services follow the research and methods of Murl Silvey, Psy. D. More specifically, I will be taking my clients through his SOCA process. Dr. Murl Silvey practices expanded over 45 years and included helping people to identify where they were at in their maturity levels by using practical activities and exercises for exploration. Per Dr. Silvey, my encouragement to anyone taking this SOCA program is to not use these materials judge oneself or others but to observe yourself and not judge yourself or anyone else in the growth process.
The SOCA program will dive deeper into the inner world of your thoughts and emotions. Often our inner worlds are not explored because our thoughts and emotions are not as tangible as other things in our lives such as physical injuries.
The answer is because we were "fearfully and wonderfully made" and we were created to be in amazing relationship with God and other humans. Human beings are complex and so are relationships. I would like to suggest that not exploring, working on and coming to understand your inner world will leave you reacting to your life versus thriving in the best possible potential your life could have if you understood it better.
This is why, the unseen / inner world matters. When you come across strong winds and storms within yourself or within relationships you will have found understanding, awareness and possible solutions that hopefully will support your relationships to the best outcome possible.
If you are interested in growing your character and finding a process that can help your inner world grow at a deeper level, then this program is for you! Sign up for your free session today to learn more!

Person Perspective
In the beginning, we will spend much of our time in the "S" category. As one wise man once told me, "we can only know others, as much as we know ourselves." I will be using different behaviour tools to help clients have more self awareness, compassion and appreciation for themselves and others.
The SOCA practice can be beneficial for any age or gender person. The ideal person for this program would be an individual or individuals who are interested in personal growth to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
